After being in contact with them and saying the order could be shipped overnight, I bought the watch and had no news from the seller for a week and after 4 mails, just to ended up learning the transaction was canceled as they could not ship to a hotel, something that I wish I was told from the first place.

Buying a watch from this dealer has been a terrible experience. The watch’s bezel did not rotate and was clearly faulty. The communication was poor and irregular. Fortunately, I could get a refund from Chrono24.

4-5 dats after payment made, was advised that they were facing shipping difficulties to Malaysia which I was required to pay $299 for ensured shipping. Poor communication. Definitely would not recommend this seller.

Accepted order, generated shipping label. Expected delivery date past by and they would not respond to messages. Eventually responded after I initiated intervention from Chrono24 and said item was sold. Watch remained advertised on their own website the whole time. Why accept order and generate label to a sold item? Shady. Read their reviews, they tend to blame buyers for their errors. Not to be trusted. Avoid.

I contacted the seller for clarification on the condition of the watch. It was described as being in excellent condition but the photos demonstrated scratches and marks. Days passed with no reply from the seller. I finally bought a similar watch from a different seller for thousands less and in perfect (i.e. never worn) condition.

Seller is unreliable and actually seems to not even own the watches he is selling which leaves you waiting ages for them to ship simply to be told weeks later that they can’t…

Bought and processed payment, but there was no communication from seller. Ended up canceling order after a week of no responses.

I requested to buy a watch, they accepted and waited…. No communication, finally I reached out to inquire on the status of the watch and delivery and they informed me that the watch was no longer available. Thankfully I bought another watch from a different dealer and the experience was much better.

Send me a broken watch. Watch not able to wind. Have to sent for service and repair - cost me a pretty sum.

Sellers who don't keep their promises. Waited days after payment to unilaterally cancel the order, the whole process wasted 9 days. No apology, no reason. Now the price of the watch has gone up. The reason for the cancellation of the order is because the price has risen and it has been closed and resold. So this seller has no business ethics and is not reliable at all.

The watch was shipped with spare links inside the box rattling around against the watch, they scratched it obviously. The dealer was non responsive with my messages/concerns. Wouldn’t take the time to respond… or pack a $10,000 watch with care. I highly recommend ordering from another seller.

By far the worst watch buying experience I have ever encountered on Chrono24. The seller was unresponsive during the entire purchase experience. The Rolex box I received was not the same box listed by the seller. The box was all wrong, poorly made, and FAKE. The logo and crown on the inner flap (and I have pictures) was all wrong and the inside of the box smelled like cheap glue. The inner box had green paint rubbed off on all sides, which is NOT something that REAL Rolex boxes do. I have several REAL Rolex watches and boxes purchased from Rolex boutiques to make an accurate comparison and was told by RSC the box was FAKE. The warranty card was also dated and not open/undated as listed in the original ad. I get the need to date the card for warranty purposes on purchase, but the card was dated well before I made the purchase once again suggesting false advertising. As a result of the "bait and switch" by the seller, and my concerns the watch was also FAKE, I immediately canceled the order and requested mediation from Chrono24. The seller contacted me (finally) and suggested the shipping department mistakenly sent me the wrong box and offered to send a replacement. This excuse is laughable because the box sent with the watch was FAKE, how can I trust anything from the seller at that point?! I blame Chrono24 for this horrendous experience and am taking my future buying/selling business elsewhere. While I have experienced solid transactions on Chrono24 in the past, when spending 17k on a watch sight-unseen (my mistake, I know), the trust placed in the company overseeing these deals should mean something and someone needs to be accountable for these shady practices.

I purchased from Collectors Coins & Jewelry after exchanging several messages to check availability then decided to proceed and wire money. A few days later they had cancelled the transaction without any notice until I had to find out over 10 days later, then ask them to cancel the transaction since they had sold it sonewhere else after our agreement. It has almost been 3 weeks and I do not have my funds returned to me. As a well known Sydney based dealer myself, this is a very unpleasant experience being my first purchase on C24.

Après plusieurs messages je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de sa part. Et au final le produit annoncé n’existait pas.

Watch movement model and watch is wrong, not all original, changed the accessories, no instructions to the buyer, the information has not been answered, very poor store
