La description de la rolex ne correspond pas exactement a ce que j ai recu… Boite carton usure Écrin tacheté Manque la cordelette avec la pastille plastique plastique ( lorsque vous l achetez) Donc pour moi la montre n'est pas: Jamais portée et etat neuf!!!!

Thank you for your feedback We normally never respond to reviews, but this one we think is quite unfair. In regards of the hangtag, it was not described in the listing, that there was one. We always describe the contents and we are happy to send photos, in order to avoid any misunderstandings. As it was not described in the listing, there simply was no hangtag in the set. In regards of the box, you wrote there were spots on it. We and chrono24 numerous times asked you for photos, but we never received any. We also offered to ship you a new box and you ship the other one back. That you declined. We also suggested that we cancel the deal, and that you could get a full refund. We would have been happy to take back the watch, as it was very competitive priced, and without exaggerating, in excellent condition and we had numerous buyers eager to buy it. That you declined. In the end, you asked for a partial refund of €150, which you got. So from our point of view, we honestly believe that we tried all possible solutions. Which is also why we are very surprised by your review. Nevertheless, we do hope that you will enjoy your Submariner. Kind regards

Freundlicher Kontakt, leider war die Uhr nach Vertragsabschluss und sofortiger Vorauszahlung auf einmal trotz unmittelbarer, vorheriger Rücksprache doch nicht mehr lieferbar. Warte nun auf Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises durch Chrono24.

Hi Gert I'm sorry to hear that you have not been happy with the transaction. The watch was shipped in Fedex packaging, with the Fedex outer cardboard box and lots of bublewrap inside, when its a watch that comes without its original boxset, as it was stated in the add. I'm sorry if there has been mistakes in the add text with regards to the water resistance or size. If you are not happy with the watch please let us know, so we can arrange for it to be picked up and returned for a full refund. Happy New Year Kind regards Thomas Fleron

The watch is in good condition, no scratches nor flaws. Although it looks good on the outside, the problem with this watch resides on the inside : the power reserve is not right, therefore, it stops whenever I take it off, and when I go to sleep. I need to reset it each morning, witch isn't supposed to happen with an automatic watch. This issue wasn't mentioned in the description and no message was sent by the seller after the purchase to expose this. I am extremely disappointed, and would not buy the watch again given the chance.

We provide a two year warranty on all watches we sell, so we can ofcause offer you to have the watch repaired either locally or by our own watchmaker, if you have any issues with the watch. It was serviced recently and was tested before we shipped it. If you prefer to ship back the watch for a full refund, please just get in touch, so we can arrange shipping for you.

OK, c'était peut-être pour le vendeur une "petite" montre vendue "à peine" 2200€, mais j'aurais aimé de sa part plus de clarté dans ses réponses et plus de fiabilité dans ses engagements. Dommage donc pour le comportement commercial, car pour la montre elle-même, elle était parfaitement décrite et j'en suis très content.

The watch was described as having wear to the case. The client never asked for further info or pictures, but thought the case had too much wear when recieved. We always describe our watches as good as possible, and are more than happy to provide further info and pictures when requested.
