The watch was perfect and in the condition as stated. Although all of the contents were not provided at delivery. I asked if the watch was complete and had all documents. It was missing the warranty card - which was provided after the fact but still had missing documents. They sent a watch roll which was good. But still not the missing manual and document. I would still do business with them and they are very good at communicating.

Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase of a Rolex Submariner from Avi. I researched and shopped online extensively and feel that I got the best value from Avi. My purchase timing was not great as it coincided with the Sukkot holiday so there was an initial 2-3 delay getting the item shipped out. That was on me. Unfortunately the item watch was shipped to the billing address versus the shipping address. As there was no one present to sign at the shipping address, the watch had to be returned to Avi. Re-shipment was then delayed again due to Sukkot holiday. In total, it was 12 days from the time of purchase to receipt which didn't make me too happy after spending so much money on a watch. I will say that the rep handling the sale did take full ownership of the problem, went into work on a day that the office was closed in an attempt to recover the returned item and was proactive in his status updates. Going forward, I would purchase from Avi again but would be more diligent in proactively managing the shipment process.

Very good dealer no problems. Bit of a delay with FedEx not the dealer's fault.

The picts online were junk, but I knew what I was looking for and needed, including the specific stock number. I think they just Googled and posted a generic photo, that was also all jacked up. That said, it was as advertised - unworn and in mint condition, NIB style. Zero complaints here.

The watch was listed as year unknown. When i asked for more details, they emailed to say it was a 2020 model. After i had paid, they emailed again to say there had been an error and it was in fact a 2019. However its a beautiful watch and i was happy to go ahead. The only other comment is it looked as if links had been removed. possobly for other customers who needed them. I had to drive to a local dealer and buy 2 links

Seller had the wrong model listed and delivered. However, they were superb in communication and promptly delivered a return overnight shipping label. Though they did make a mistske in the listing, they were absolutley great in solving the problem. Would highly reommend them purely based on communication and customer service.

Avi & Co was fantastic and very responsive. the stock photo that Audmars (and everyone else) uses shows the watch being a fairly bright blue. the actual watch is a deep dark navy blue. I raised this issue with Roman via text at about 4:30 Friday afternoon California time which was 7:30 NY time, took all of 15 minutes to get a response. Roman followed up to see that the watch that was sent was correct and that Audmars did not make a similar watch with the brighter blue color. from the first contact Roman stated that if i was not happy with the watch and wanted to return it he would make that happen. in the end i decided to keep the watch, very happy with experience.
