The discount offered was not honored, and the commercial invoice reflected the discount but the payment was made in full price, as consequence, the import and clearance process was struggling and more expensive because of the discrepancy between the two amounts. When I asked for the correct commercial invoice, the dealer simply did not response. Definitely I won’t repeat a purchase with this vendor.

Purchased on Chrono, but Watch was sold in store and inventory wasn’t updated however, good communication and prompt refund. No issues.

Watch is perfect and authentic as advetised. Communication is slow, takes a long time to reply. A transaction that could have been just hours took days. But when it was paid, package came after 24 hours. But is still happy with the purchase.

leider war die Uhr komplett vom Werk defekt, ansonsten sah die Uhr sehr gut aus. Der Preis war auch sehr anssprechend, aber eben nicht für defekte Ware. Die Retoure war aufgrund Privatperson und Zoll sehr schwierig. Mit Retourlabel von dem Verkäufer wäre es sichtlich einfacher gewesen.

Kindly OCWG reserved the watch for me and had waited for the overdue payment. The watch conditon was good same with the explanation. I recommend OCWG as a good watch seller.
