I did not agree with the vendor's description of the watch, which was "very good and EXCELLENT." I returned the watch due to significant marks along the sides of the case. It looked like someone tried to polish the watch and failed by scraping the edges with a rotary tool. Communication was terse and infrequent, but at least the vendor agreed to accept my return, for which I am thankful. I highly recommend requesting additional photos of the watch in question, as the sales post conveniently did not include images of the case sides. This is only the second professional vendor that I don't recommend since using Chrono24 for almost 5 years.

While the watch is authentic (verified by both a boutique serial check and Omega servicing), the papers did not match the serial on the case and movement. Considering the serial is both on the case and movement in a fairly easy to identify place, I was a bit concerned before authentication. Additionally, there was a noticeable piece of debris on the dial next to the date window that should've been listed in the description as it was nearly impossible to notice in the photos due to the chrono watermark in 1 photo and the angle/quality of the others. I also inquired with the seller about the number of links the watch comes with and there were extra included beyond what was mentioned which was a nice mistake. There are also lots of red flakes from the box (which i know is an issue over time with these) inside the box and all over the manual. All that being said, I planned to service the piece anyways so I will be keeping the watch. 3/5 for lack of detail, likely mishandling of box/papers/manual, and misleading information despite the watches authenticity. I'd be much more thorough if I were to do business with this seller again but likely would consider it depending on the piece.

Slow communication, after I purchased the watch seller went silent after finally calling the store I found out they had already sold the watch to another buyer and where trying to get a replacement which would take a few days after 2 weeks of calling and chasing they still did not have A replacement so I cancelled the order

Having paid USD 300 for the shipping to notice the seller indicated the delivery address wrong and significant amount of time spent from my side to reroute the package was not what I expected,. I did not receive an answer from the seller.

The watch wasn't working properly. Tried to request assistance in resolving the issue, but was ignored. I still wanted to keep the watch, so I decided to send it for a service.

Package arrived quickly but photos and description did not show the actual condition. Return completed.

Seller didn’t communicate well at all. My watch has a defective and have missing links of which they advertised as a full set.

Dealer relisted a watch with out updating the information. The watch I purchased was supposed to have original paperwork and box and when I received it neither item was included. I sent it back and missed giving my wife her anniversary gift.

Curt and delayed email responses. Package arrived damaged however seller refused to file an insurance claim despite significantly overcharging for shipping ($299 within the U.S.). According to FedEx, the package wasn't insured.

Watch was as pictured. Transaction was completed within minutes. However, seller advertised original an box. They did not include an original box as advertised.

Dealer seem to be professional and reputable. I don’t believe the watch was fairly represented in the pictures and description so I returned it and the dealer has taken a really long time to issue me a refund.

The watch was stunning and as advertised. However, as others have commented about this dealer, the listed “insured shipping $19” was quietly slipped in as about $400. I sent messages that were rebuffed. I cancelled 3 orders and on the 4th the shipping was $19. Be careful with this dealer.

Didn't purchase

Was listed as new, unworn and without any signs of wear. However, not sure if this was a display model perhaps, as the stickers were intact yet the bracelet definitely shows signs of wear. Small swirls and desk diving type marks. Likely would’ve paid less for a newer used model had I known.

Nie wieder! Kommunikation tlw. Uneinsichtig und Unverschämt, erst durch Vermittlung über Chrono24 hat es funktioniert.

Item was described as recently serviced and keeping time perfectly. When the item got to me it was gaining 40-45 seconds a day. This could of been due to something happening in transit and in that case they need to improve their packaging. When contacting them they were very rude and hard to work with. Opted to return the watch and do everything through Chrono24 because of how they were acting. Chrono24 was incredible throughout the whole process.
