leider war die Uhr komplett vom Werk defekt, ansonsten sah die Uhr sehr gut aus. Der Preis war auch sehr anssprechend, aber eben nicht für defekte Ware. Die Retoure war aufgrund Privatperson und Zoll sehr schwierig. Mit Retourlabel von dem Verkäufer wäre es sichtlich einfacher gewesen.

Thank you for the feedback. We do apologize that the item was not operating on receipt. Per our watchmaker, it appears a part had come loose during transit to you overseas. I do understand our label would have made for an easier process for you, however, U.S. customs does not allow us to create our own label from Denmark to the U.S. Of course if you were in the U.S. we would have been more than happy to accommodate. Unfortunately it was a unforeseen issue and did what we could to make it right. Per our conversations, we offered to cover the cost of service to you locally which turned to not be available. We stride for complete satisfaction and we wish we could have done that for you in this situation. We hope you will give us another chance in the future. All the best, OC Watch Guy

A deal was reached and sent to me for payment; I paid within 5 minutes and the next day I was notified that payment was revoked. After asking the dealer what happened apparently an associate had sold my watch. Communication was delayed and slow and it was up to me to ask them what happened.

First time buying on Chrono24 and made the right decision purchasing from OC Watch Guy. Watch was delivered the very next day and was packaged carefully and meticulously. The pictures matched exactly how the watch looked once I received it in person. I bought a pre-owned Submariner (114060) and it looked brand new! It’s been a few weeks since I’ve owned my Submariner and it’s keeping great time and gets compliments when out in public. Highly recommend this dealer.
